Selected exhibition projects

Exhibition stands that work beyond the rendering.

Two completed projects show how we combine brand presence, product presentation and practical space for conversations.

CK International / CK LYNDEX

A compact stand with a strong brand presence: an overhead banner, LED wall, reception counter, lounge and meeting areas create visibility and make practical use of the space.

Machine displays, product showcases, an illuminated 3D logo and an overhead banner. Integrated media technology and clearly defined consultation and meeting areas complete the stand.

Full-service exhibition stand construction

From the first idea to the finished exhibition stand.

A coherent exhibition presence depends on concept, design and delivery working together. We coordinate the individual services around your project.

01

Concept & stand design

Your brand, products and exhibition goals shape the layout, visitor flow and stand design. Photorealistic 3D views let you assess materials, lighting and the spatial experience before anything is built.

02

Technical planning

The agreed concept becomes detailed technical and production drawings. We consider structure, graphics, lighting, media technology and the technical requirements of the venue.

03

Production & installation

Together with our partner network we coordinate production, transport, installation and dismantling. Furnishings and, where required, storage are included in the project planning.

Design meets delivery

Good stand design also has to work on the exhibition floor.

Technical delivery is part of our thinking from the outset, not something added after the design. Stand area, exhibits, utility connections, materials and organiser requirements all inform the planning.

Technical & production drawings

Detailed plans for the structure, walls, graphics, lighting, furnishings and project-specific components provide the basis for construction.

Structural requirements, fire safety & stand approval

We coordinate the required documentation and technical discussions with specialist partners and the exhibition organiser. Which submissions are needed depends on the stand and the venue.

The right construction approach

Distinctive design. Considered budgets.

Stand size, budget, length of use and future reuse all help determine the right solution. We plan around your requirements rather than a fixed construction system.

Bespoke exhibition stands

Distinctive architecture, coordinated materials and a clear brand presence. For businesses that need an exhibition stand with its own identity.

Rental & modular stands

Modular systems and rental components combined with individual graphics, lighting and furnishings. A flexible option we assess against your space, design and budget.

Reusable stand concepts

For a programme of exhibitions, suitable components and furnishings can be planned for repeated use. Adaptation, transport and storage are considered from the start.

01

We discuss the exhibition, stand area, goals, exhibits, required functions and budget range.

02

Concept & 3D

A spatial layout and photorealistic views make the exhibition stand tangible before it is built.

03

Planning & production

Once the design is agreed we coordinate technical documentation, specialist partners, production and logistics.

04

Installation & handover

On-site installation, inspection and handover. After the event we organise dismantling and, where required, further use.

Budget & quotation

How much does an exhibition stand cost?

A price per square metre tells only part of the story. Construction method, stand height, materials, graphics, lighting, media technology, furnishings and logistics affect the scope of work as much as the stand area does.

We agree the scope with you and assess where rental materials, modular systems or reusable components make commercial sense. The result is a plan matched to your exhibition presence and your budget.

What helps us assess your project

  • Exhibition, venue and event dates
  • Stand area, stand type and hall plan
  • Goals, products, exhibits and required functions
  • Brief, brand guidelines and technical requirements
  • Budget range and plans for reuse

Not everything decided yet? Send us the information you have. We can clarify the remaining requirements together.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before the build.

Which exhibition services does roana.design provide?

We support exhibition projects from stand concept and design through 3D visualisation and technical planning to production, logistics, installation and dismantling. The services, furnishings and additional coordination included are agreed for each project.

Do you coordinate technical stand approval?

Yes. We prepare the required technical documentation and coordinate with the venue and the exhibition organiser. Which submissions are needed, for example structural or fire safety documents, depends on the stand and local requirements.

Can I rent a stand or use it for several exhibitions?

Yes. Rental materials, modular systems and reusable components are all possible. The most suitable combination depends on design requirements, stand areas, frequency of use, transport and storage.

Do you only build stands in Munich?

No. We are based in Grünwald near Munich, but deliver exhibition projects across Germany and internationally. Production and installation are organised with suitable local partners for each project.

When should planning begin?

The earlier planning starts, the more room there is for design, technical coordination, production and logistics. For short-notice enquiries we assess what can realistically be delivered in the time available.

What information do you need for a quotation?

The exhibition, venue and dates, the stand area, the hall plan and any existing brief are a good starting point. Details of exhibits, furnishings, technical requirements and the budget range are also helpful.

Let’s plan your next exhibition stand.

Send us the exhibition, the dates, the stand area and any project information you already have. We will discuss your requirements and the right approach to delivery.
